No. The decision rests with the Paraguayan authorities. Our job is to prepare the process correctly, follow every step and reduce rework and delays.
Usually three to six months from preparing the documents to receiving the ID card. Timing varies by case and by government office queues, and we give an estimate in the proposal.
Not automatically. Immigration residency and tax residency are different things. Leaving your home country's tax system (for example, the tax exit from Brazil) requires analysis by an accountant or tax specialist, which we coordinate as a separate service.
The assessment (US$ 90) is a 45-minute conversation about residency paperwork and, if relevant, company formation. It's credited if you sign up within 30 days. The strategic consultation (US$ 500) is for those who want to understand Paraguay before deciding: market, regions, operating and labor costs, neighborhoods, housing and culture. It's done with the founder and includes a written summary, introductions to our network and direct WhatsApp for 90 days.
